Sausage Egg Puff Breakfast
This will surprise you at the end!!! It will raise about to the top of your Dutch Oven
  • 1 lb. Link Sausage
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
Directions: In a 10" Dutch Oven place your 1 lb. of link sausage. Your can cut them up bit size if you like. Cook until nice and brown. While that is cooking mix up the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. You want the mixture to be so you can pour it into your dutch oven, so you might have to mix a little more milk with it. When the sausage is done arrange in the bottom of the dutch oven so that they are all flat on the bottom. Now pour the mixture over the top. Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until you smell it or you see steam coming out from under the lid. When done cut into squares and serve with jam or syrup. Yum!! Yum!!!
You can do this in a 12" dutch oven but double everything except the sausage.
